Chris, I know that when I hear the words “business plan” I usually think start-up. And while this plan can certainly help a start-up find there way, even veteran business owners can take something away from this great piece.
    Thanks for creating this.

Yay!  You recorded audio!  Now, to find it….. (HELP?)

I think the fact that Chris simplified it with live documents is key. I wish I would of had this video 3 1/2 years ago since I created so much documentation that was practically useless and following checklists that had nothing to do with my business model.

Awesome tips and a great approach!

I really appreciate starting with a ‘life plan.’ I think a lot of ‘traditional’ plans leave that out.  That’s exactly how I started and it helps frame all the rest…

Thanks. It was what really mattered to me. : )

I’m just starting out my business and have been putting off the daunting task of writing a business plan – this was so helpful in making the task less overwhelming, half of it was written in my head as I listened! Thanks so much!

Thanks for this, it’s the most user friendly helpful business plan guide I’ve read – by my reckoning it’s worth the subscription price on its own.

One tiny suggestion – I would swap section 3 and 2 around – as you say who you sell to is far more important than what you sell.

Oh, and Chris, don’t throw rocks at your local hardware store ;-)
